Cancellation policy
After the offer is accepted, the following conditions of cancellation apply to the renter:
- 50 or more days before departure 30% of rental price
- between 15 and 49 days before departure 75% of rental price
- 14 days or less 90% of rental price
- on rental start date or in the event that the vehicle is refused: 100% of rental price
